Warranty USA, Warranty & Financial Products Inc, Consumer Financial Services Group Inc ripoff victimized many consumers
My policy was paid in full. Although I believe that they cheated me, by shorting the amounts they should have paid on claims, for a while they did pay a portion of the repairs they were to cover. Suddenly they seem to have dropped of the face of the earth. The website is inoperable and all of the 10 various phone numbers I had, are also no longer working.
I read on line that the state of Minn. had frozen their assets pending how to disperse refunds.
There are tons of others, in other states, who should also be able to receive refunds for services not provided or anylonger available.
What angers me more than anything, is why we the waranteed, were not notified by the company nor any agency, that this company was going bankrupt.
If, in fact thwey filed a bankruptcy, when they filed the petition in bankruptcy court, didn't they have to list the debts and all those that they had warranteed through the expiration of the warranty.
I was never contacted by anyone advising of their intent to seek bankruptcy protection or relief.
Doesn't that also indicate that they committed a crime by not filing accurately.
If nothing else, it didn't give me a chance to file a claim against them.
