Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
You're going to love this one. Washington Mutual buys my loan. All is good. Uncle Sam decides to screw me for money after Sept 11 and I have to file Bankruptcy. Washington Mutual is not involved in the least with this and or even included in the bankruptcy. They put me in bankruptcy status and stop drafting my account for my payments. No notice just stop collecting the money.

I call and call and am assured by several people, month after month that "It will draft" Guess what, It didn't. This is only the beginning. So I start sending a check after being screwed for late charges. OK fine I can handle this, no big deal right? I send in the money, they get it, they cash the check then proceed to put the funds on hold in an unapplied status, so I'm late again.Let us keep in mind this account has never once been even close to being late.

I send in an extra $250.00 every month on top of that. (This has been going on now for 6 Mos.) So, now I get them to apply the funds and they can't give me a reason just tell me "It's the new software", "We don't know what happened", "We don't know how to fix it". I call and call and every month have to do it all again. Every time I call, I get, "You have to call the bankruptcy dept" This is the dept that gave me all the other excuses and virtually told me they did not know how to fix it. I finally get all the monies applied and ask them to recalculate my payments because I have been paying interest all the time while the screw up.

I get a letter saying we are going to pull the last 5 Mos. of payments and have them posted properly and they will be done in no less than 5 days. I say "Thank you that is all I wanted". Well, guess what. It never happened. So I send off another email to customer service and you guessed it, they tell me to call the bankruptcy dept. I write back explaining that I have delt with them for 5 Mos. and they said they do not, cannot or don't know how to fix it. So, now I have come full circle and am right back where I started from. I send another email asking what they would do if it was their loan and were being screwed.

Please just tell me whom to contact to get it fixed. I ask for the name and number of the boss and if he can't fix it his boss or his boss or whatever I have to do. I get yet another letter back, "You need to contact the bankruptcy dept about this matter" No name or number for the boss either. Now I ask you, is it just me or are these people stupid or just lazy.
