i am having a similar problem. labor and industries is trying to fine me for things that are untrue and they have completely locked me out of the process. the $200 fee for being allowed a defense. i have been to everyone, public defender, superior court, law advocares, aclu, and many others. i have even called the attorney general's office (they happen to be the lawyers for L and I) no one will even look at the paperwork and explain it to me, much less defend me. my wife and i are poor by anerican standards. in order to stay living indoors we rely on the help of family and friends to somehow keep all the bills paid. it is my opinion that L and I are bullies and liars and obviously kniw it, hence their refusal to allow the truth to be told. olease contact me
if we can find enough of us in the same situation maybe we can get a lawyer to take on a class action lawsuit. locking people out of a legal process is not equal protection under the law and violates several parts of the bill of rights.
