Do not use this company. They have terrible service. They are rude as well. You may Never see your watch again.
They refuse to return my watch unrepaired, even though I paid to send it in to them.
They are small print scammers.
I was told after they received my watch that I shouldn't have paid to send it in. Apparently, they do that. It's in the small print?
Adam has called me a "kettle" - whatever that is. Also replied "ha" to my recent email asking for my watch to be returned.
A one-sided arrogant rip off company.
Glitzy web presence. But no professionalism to back it up.
