In June, 2011 I sent my IWC Pocket watch to Watchbrokers. Eric Toso called and told me what the watch was appraised at. We agreed to a price and he sold it 2 weeks later. He informed me that once the check had cleared and the watch accepted by the buyer the transaction would be complete. He told me that I would receive my money by August. When I contacted him again in August he told that J.C Piquant would be handling the payment and he would contact me in 2 days. One week later I called again and was given a contact number and should receive a check within two weeks. After that I never heard from him again. I called Eric Toso and told him that I would start legal action if I did not hear from him and he called the next day to say that Mr. Piquant no longer worked for the company and he would get me an answer in a couple of days. Since September I have been given the run around regarding the payment for my watch. He has promised phone calls from Brandy in the finance dept. and those never happen and with the latest phone conversation I was told that the State of Georgia, consumer affairs division was investigating them about non payments. The company continues to do business and still has not paid me after 8 months. I feel that they are a fraudulant company
