- Payment Dates change from month to month (one month it’s the 14th, one month it’s the 9th or 10th ) late charges and or immed shut offs. Late fee 10.00/Reconnect 45.00.
- Pay online they charge Convenience fee 5.00 unless its auto. If auto no fee (We can’t do auto because of the fluctuation of the bills. Most companies only charge a convivence fee if you call and pay, not if you pay online).
- Pay a processing fee of 12.44 each.
- Water gets CUT off even when bill is paid at time for hours, days or even up to a week

- We are Paying a 115.00 maintenance fee to AMI that does not cover water
water bills for 1400 - 1600 sqf normally run 40-50 dollars
