Wait till they come after you for the balance of the loan. Just because they have the box doesn't mean your clear of the debt, you signed a contract.....read it.
They get even nastier when you have been behind and repo'd then don't pay.
I have seen it in the past, mechanic thinks he needs the highest dollar tools and box on the market, can't afford the payments then claims they got screwed.
Just for the record, I am a master tech, I own my own shop and have tools from all the tool trucks, I bought what I could afford at the time with out going in a huge amount of debt.
I hear (((ROR REDACTED))) has some good deals going.
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome! "He did not repo when I owed ten grand and was behind by five hundred"
That was awfully nice of them to give you a break like that.
"I caught up and owe six grand now and am behind by four hundred and he repoed my toolbox "
So you then showed your appreciation by not paying again? What happened is simple. You showed them that you could not be trusted to make your payments on time. The repoed your box in order to protect their interest.
" I can not work now because I have no tools snap on Corp is a very nasty company "
You have no tools because you wouldn't pay for them on time. If you don't pay for stuff, it eventually gets repoed. Most people know this.
