My husband pay child support for a child that he provides a home for where she and her mother along with her other siblings reside. The mother doesn't pay any rent so basically she get almost $800 a month plus a FREE place to live.FOC ALSO has him paying support $286 for a child that has not been proven to be his.All his payments are deducted from his pay.FOC has not given a straight answer as to why he is still responsible for the support for the child.I feel some credit should be given to my husband.Please give us some direction as to what to do next.

Why would he let them live there rent free if he's paying support. I can see if he wanted to do it, but by the your comments, they don't have a relation like that.. So yes, he should make them pay rent. The court will not take that in acccount when determining the amount of support that should be paid.
