Wayne County Friend Of The Court ripoff of child support payments of after implemtation of new system Detroit Michigan
I was recieving my childsupport payments from the Wayne County friend of the court with know problems until they implemented there new system then my checks stopped coming.
I contacted them and was told that there system showed my son was in foster care. I then submitted documentation to them showing that my son was living with me. I even got documentation from the school where is was attending. Was told that they would investigate. I wanted about 6 months at that point I still did not start back recieving my checks. So I continued writting to the supervisor and speaking to others in the office and was alway told that they are still investigating.
After 1 year or more I gave up. It has now been over 2 1/2 years and my son is now 19 and I still have not recieved my child support money nor do I get any responsponse from the Wayne County Friend of The Court. It took me 14 years for them to finally get money from this man and in a blink of an eye the implementation of there new system took it all away.
