First thought was. s**t:S I`ve been fraud for the first time in my life. When I run the program I`ll got a report that tell me that there was an unknown error. And the whole installation were shut down. How stupid could I be, trusting a site like this. Isn't it always promises regarding security, such as, spy were, virus programs, and anonymity that brings this kind of problem?. But I`ll found out, slow down, and read the discussion on this topic. I`ve read the dialog between Emmy and Brandon. First I agree whit Emmy, why couldn't just Brandon give her the mail address for the complaint firm?. But I`ll understood that he tried to tell her something. And I`ve follow his example, all I need to do was to set the prog as administrator. When I`ll run the prog I`ve found out that Ive need too set it as administrator again. And then it runs perfect. I`ll been buying some products afterward. It`s been some kind of problem whit the program, such as configure them. But it could, just as well be my unacknowledged in such matters that have been a problem. All I need too say is! I think that someone have rush they`r conclusion ?
It works for me:)

RESOLVED: Customer had McAfee problems, offered FREE software upgrade & support
Sirs,
Customer service is all about keeping the customer happy.
In the vast majority of cases, the WCCL Network really does that. It has over 600,000 happy customers -- and a network of over 19,000 affiliates.
Cases where customers do feel unhappy are rare -- but, yes, they happen. And we need to do better to get these issues resolved.
I agree that this situation could've been handled better.
I think that if anybody reads the posted ticket thread from bottom to top, in consecutive order, they can see how the frustration has built.
Brandon attempts to assist with what is a relatively technical product, and tries to provide the information required.
The problem was a conflict between McAfee and Anonymeister.
Emmy soon gets frustrated with this however, and starts making claims that the ticket has been deleted (when it hasn't), begins arguing that Brandon must live in some foreign land (he doesn't), and then calls him an "idiot" (he isn't).
Unfortunately this kind of attitude isn't really conducive to a respectful communication between two parties.
But, still, it could've been handled better by ourselves by providing more thorough instructions as to how to overcome these problems at an earlier stage -- or by identifying the level of technical ability of the customer, and assisting perhaps through a remote control support session.
Starting February 2010, we have implemented changed in the way we respond to such requests, have clarified on our refund policy, and all individuals involved in this ticket have been retrained in the relevant areas.
RESOLVED: We invite Emmy to get in touch again so that we can provide full instructions on how to resolve this software conflict, or provide a FULL software replacement and/or FREE UPGRADE to a newer version.
Kindest regards and best wishes,
James Dunn

Ok, Karl I will email you.
I found this website while looking for somewhere to complain too- because I can't get the product I ordered (Anonymeister) to work and the customer service was so rude. They would not give me any contact information to make a complaint and I was told I could not get a refund. It was like they just needed someone to talk to. I also believe they were or are using spyware on me because someone was logging into my email account and I only gave my address to several companies.
It's like I got ripped off.
Here are the details:

Readers,
Once again, I can only apologize to genuine customers for these rogue reports.
They do not specify which products have been purchased, and claim to have continued to make "multiple" purchase, despite being unhappy with each. It appears they originate from a very specific competitor.
Once again, please allow me to set the record straight. We are a large online retail group, with over 600,000 happy customers, PayPal verified with maximum reputation status, SSC registered and approved, with an army of 19,000 affiliates, many public forums, radio stations, and more.
We sell self-development tools, writing courses, and privacy software.
(Example: (((Redact))) -- public forum where people have chance to talk about our products.)
We have a great support site at (((Redacted))) - with five/six great members working around the clock to provide quality support.
If anyone has any problems they can't resolve via the support site, they can get in touch with me directly. I promise to provide resolutions to all issues, and always have.
My personal e-mail is karl AT karlmoore.com. You can also learn more about me personally at http://www.karlmoore.com/
I'm incredibly proud of our company, our products, and our charity achievements -- and I want everyone to feel happy doing business with us.
Best wishes,
Karl Moore

Just as Manny said - EVERYTHING - is true. Karl Moore, WCCL Networks, MyHelpHub.com and even the unhelpful and worthless Alan that answers all of the support tickets at MyHelpHub.com are shameless scammers.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE WEBSITES....

Yes, You are 100% right! I ordered several products, all claiming to be the 'best' & they all offer a 100% money back guarantee. It is undoubtedly a scam! The products i ordered did not work- so like 'all' comsumers, i sent the products back. Sent it back using Recorded Delivery, Signed For (thank god!)... & still they have not received it.... But... Funny enough, i contacted royal mail, and they it's been delivered. They also sent me a proof of delivery signature. Therefor, by law, and my royal mail policy, If the customer has a physical proof of delivery (receipt), and the proof exists within UK trades (royal mail website tracking info) then guess who's to blame? WCCL NETWORK & MY HELP HUB! Since it has been delivered to them, and they signed for it, they are responsible.... If they fail to respond still, they will be reported to the police, the banks, courts etc.... Rosie....

Sirs, My name is Karl Moore, I was made aware of this post -- and am happy to provide a rebuttal. Firstly, allow me to state that this is one of three separate reports posted on the same day by "Manny" of Littleton, Colorado. I'm sorry that Manny has decided to spam the RipOffReport.com site in that way, however am happy to provide a response. Anyone researching White Cliff, the WCCL Network, or myself, will find that the organization is incredibly transparent. Every individual can learn about myself online at http://www.karlmoore.com/ I am certainly not a shady character hiding in the corner of a dark room. I run many open forums, where customers openly discuss their experiences with our products (such as http://www.mywriterscircle.com/). You can also learn more about me at http://www.karlradio.com/ and http://www.karlblog.com/ and http://www.karlforum.com/ As this customer has not provided details of their order, I'm unable to comment on the specifics. However some of the comments made in this report are quite simply lies. Firstly, our contact information is plainly given online. You can reach our homepage at http://www.wcclnetwork.com/ -- you can even read about our charity work, or see photos of me helping out distributing to charities here (for example): http://www.karlblog.com/blog/2007/04/rak-14-youve-already-donated.html The idea that we hide in any way is ridiculous. We do have a dropship address in the US, but that's mainly to make it easier for customers in the States to reach us. (Yes, we're UK based. We never hide that. Arguably the UK has more stringent trading laws than the US!) The idea that we never send out physical packages is untrue. We have a distribution house in the UK and two in the US. And we send many hundreds of packets out every single week! The "Alan" referred to is the site manager of myHelpHub.com, however he is not the only person behind the site. We have five incredibly competent support individuals providing around the clock assistance. If Manny believes that I personally have the time to answer all of the support queries, as suggested in one of her messages, I'm afraid she's very sadly mistaken. I am not Alan. The WCCL Network is a network of many, many different products, covering many key markets. We have over 600,000 customers, around the same number of newsletter subscribers, over 13,000 active affiliates, and a very, very, very healthy customer satisfaction level. We keep trying to produce high quality software products at low prices. We also *always* honour any refund guarantees made on our sites. The idea that we don't is simply crazy. If any site promised a refund in such open terms as ourselves, the credit card company would simply reverse the transaction. Simple. So would SWREG. Or PayPal. And before long, our accounts would be suspended. Sorry, Manny... That's just not us, and I believe you are aware of that :) Regarding the post where Manny states that there is no working e-mail address for myself, that is also incorrect. Anyone can get in touch with me at [email protected] (put "Karl Moore" in the body of the message to ensure it gets past my spam filter). This information is published at http://www.karlmoore.com/official/contact/ I often get customers write to me directly, usually to offer support owing to the free products we offer -- and I'm always happy to assist. Anyone that has dealt with me knows that. I rarely write rebuttals, and will not be posting a follow-up. However, I hope this has helped level the rather slanderous claims of Manny -- and that individuals reading this will be assured of our impeccable service levels. If not, write to me direct -- and I'll help you myself :) Best wishes, Karl http://www.karlmoore.com/
