WCCS World Comunication Satelite System ripoff dishonest, misleading fraudulent billing, lying about trying to refund or credit my telephone account. Internet
I received my 10/10/02 telephone bill from SBC. I was appalled at the charges from WCCS, they billed me $29.83 for a total of 85 minutes. This amount included 11.11 in connection fees.
I spoke with Bill Walton who told me that they would cancel my account and credit my telephone bill within 1-3 billing cycles. I have called several times since then and I have been given misleading information. I've asked to speak to a mangager or supervisor and was told none was available. I asked to speak to the owner and was told that I had to write to him.
On 5/20/03 I was told by Sophia that a refund would be sent out on 5/23/03 for $22.90, however, I never received the refund. I then called again on 6/13/03 and was told that the information given to me on 5/20/03 was incorrect. They had to submit a request for a credit to my telephone company and that it would take another 60- 90 days. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, none was available, so I left my telephone number for one to call me back. However, no one has called me yet. I called again on 6/25/03 and no return call and again on 6/27/03 and asked for Peggy, the manager. However, she was out to lunch.
