Complaint Review: We Rent For You / Randi Dorante - Internet

 I have been contacted by someone who knows Randi Dorante (aka Randi Vaughn, Randi Vaughn Capetian, Randi Capetian, Dr Randi Vaughn, Wendy Miles, Julia Daniels, Randi Natashi, and Empress Havana Queen of Nations)! Due to confidentiality agreements (something Randi NEVER respects) this person was witness to Randi's identity, her ownership of a white dog, has a daughter with a disability, drives a Mercedes, has a weave in her hair, doesn't follow apartment community rules and let her dog defecate in the middle of the road, wears suggestive clothing, uses chandelier in her decorating, used a fake email from Johnson and Johnson to sign a corporate lease, lived in the Lake Forest area around 2014, and was asked to leave/evicted from this apartment community for not paying rent. This Randi runs the fake companies of Cosigner Finder, American Cosigners, Multi-Family Cosigners, Trust Alliance Apartment Cosigners, We Rent For You Nationwide Cosigners, We Rent For You Leasing Solutions, Zharie Petroleum, Chocolate Twist Productions, Capetian Ministries, and Medical Products LDP INC. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LADY OR HER SCAM COMPANIES! Melinda, Richland, WA

 Here are the facts that anyone can research in Google! 1. This Terry Nguyen is a fake person. Julia Daniels aka Randi Vaughn, Randi Natashi, Randi Dorante, Wendy Miles wrote this review. 2. The Terry Nguyen picture is a stock photo all over Google images. Do Google Image search! 3. Over the years she has used the Nguyen name differently. She's used a Tony, Terri, Terry, Kim, and Duo Nguyen. 4. We Rent For You ( and different versions of this name) American Cosigners have many complaints going back years! 5.These companies change names, addresses, phone numbers, and staff constantly. All fake, virtual offices, phone numbers don't work or it's another business. 6. Marilyn Davidson is another fake employee with a stock image photo all over Google images! My Name is Terry Nguyen,  I am the approval specialist for We Rent For You. Number 1, we do not get many complaints is why I am responding to this one.   I am aware of all leases that have been pre-approved for move-in, and all of our communication is documented. There is NO fraud intented on our part however we do have an policy and a written agreement concerning our services.   

I am the person that pre- approved cosigning services for the complainer listed above.  He was approved to move in with Equity Residential located in down town Los Angeles.  And African American guy, 6"3 early 50's, as we have a copy of his driver license.  Who stated that he stated he was in the  resturant business,  that wanted to live across the street from your self employed business.  The lease was approved and signed by the cosigner for his move in-  We gave him exactly what he wanted along with a special discount to a penthouse apartment.  And after the fact the lease was approved and signed, he changed his mind stating the $40.00 increase was too much, we found it rather off, since he gave us a bank statement with $245,000.  He understood and signed our agreements, and all was explainned to him in person, Regardless if he met with Randi, in our Irvine office at the time.  After this person decided not to move into the apartment due to given us a $245,000 bank statement, we did a little research on the bank account, and the statement did not belong to him.  Is why he didnt take the apartment, and wanted his money back.  Let just set the record straight. 

Our policy, states, once the lease has been approved with the community and if the renter does not move into the community, fee's are non refundable!

For whatever its worth.  We have used We Rent For You Nationwide Apartment Cosigners 3 times.  They arranged for a lease signing for us.  We have been a client since 2012, paid there fee's and move into the apartment. the person complaining must of done something wrong.  I know they did explain to us, not to interfere in the process until the lease was approved.  They did explain to us, that if the lease should get approved and we decide not to use the services or move into the unit.  That the fee's would be non refundable.  Which is probably what the guy is speaking about the "COMPLAINER"  my friend referred us to this company, and they were move into there apartment within 72 hours.  People these days are nasty, rude, and always complaining about something.  I dont believe this service is for everyone not all companies can please everyone.  And even good companies, property management firms, apartment communities have bad complaints.  cosigning is unsual industry however without companies like this many people and families would be homeless.   Thank god, we was able to obtain help for a co-signing service me and my wife just couldnt take living in our car.  We have a lovely apartment in HB, and moved in april 2014.  I hate to see bogus complaints on good companies, is why I'd decided to respond to this complaint written.  The complainer mentioned, a one person office?  We need meet with someone in an office but there was also 4 other persons working with the company, we were introduced to a business developer who gave us a list of apartments, and was able to see virtual tours while we were in the office.  

We Continue to get responses from consumers suggesting that Randi Dorante took there money.  For the record she is not the owner of We Rent For You, LLC or We Rent For You Nationwide Cosigners.

If you checked the company corporate documents you will find that out.  We have received complaints in the name of Randi Natashi and other.  She is not the owner and have not been for some time.   If you need to file a complaint the best thing is to contact our company and send your complaint in writting concerning refunds or complaints.  My name is Marilyn Davidson, and I am the Operation Manager for We Rent For You, I managed the west coast and east coast region.  These are bogus complaints as we do know of her.  she had stayed on board for 3 months to train new employees and executives and she has been in a different line of work for sometime now. The company had been sold and operating under new ownership since 2012.
