WCI set up the new business with the agreement to maintain the web site for the first year, they didn't do this, part way through the first year one merchant opted out for what ever reason, my advertising coach was to replace this merchant with another, this never happened. They don't return calls. If WCI had done the work that they had agreed to and that I had paid for then so be it. Check through the other reports. I belive that Larrys' last sentence says it all.

Did you have a business that they agreed to set up a web site for? Because if you didn't it sounds like you gave them $1700 to set up a web site and link a bunch of other merchants to it. If that's true you need to ask yourself the question - If they are going to set up the site and do all of the work, what do they need you for? Could it have been that you had $1700 and they wanted it?

I am not only seeing an increase in complaints on Web Club International I am also seeing a course of conduct that may be criminal in nature, a scheme to defraud ,due to the number of complains on this site alone. I am a retired Police Officer and do feel that the authorities in Arizona should be given any and all information to this company relevant to their business practices. The National Fraud Information Center 1-800-876-7060 is a good place to start.
