Complaint Review: Web Sourcez - Select State/Province

As a company of high ethical standards these claims are completely false against Mr. Shawn Randleman and any of Smart Venture Concepts partnering companies. These claims are misleading and an attempt to defame our brand. Team leaders of a MLM company named Viridian hired SMART In Concepts to assist them in developing a lead generation program for their business. They were supposed to raise $75k to complete this project but never reached their goal. We are extremely glad they did not because as we further investigated their opportunity, It was clear that they were not supposed to use leads at all in their business model according to compliance regulations of Viridian.

Our company has refunded all team leaders their money back. The receipt is attached from our merchant processor. So the $40,000 claim in this report is inaccurate. When we established our new program it was clearly stated we were no longer working with the Viridian project. We developed new connection program teaching organizations, in general, how to generate their own customers. Out of the 300 plus people only 38 people join the new program, which clearly stated we don’t not provide leads. Many individuals were still misinforming their team so Mr. Randleman made a public announcement discussing the changes in the program on April 9th, here is link to recording (http://stme.in/HNkqPAMvs).

These people got upset and sought after another company which provided them leads, but used identity theft  to gather customers for their business. In May, Viridian’s Legal team shut down all of their businesses for illegal practices, unrelated to our company at all.  Various individuals, 9 out of 38, tried to chargeback, over 45 days later, based on their business being shutdown by Viridian.  Our program has no refund policy if not claim within 7 business days after purchasing. As of September 1st our new program has expanded to over 100 very happy customers and we still currently have 29 of the original people who moved to the new program.

We have reviewed our records and not one of these claims have done business directly with our company. We ask that you refrain from slandering Mr. Randleman, April Story (who has never done business with anyone in either program), SMART In Concepts, WebSourcez, P’Caux Cosmetics’ and any of our other entities. We also ask that everyone who made this claim attach a receipt with YOUR NAME. If you can not provide a receipt with your name you should not be making false claims.  For all individuals who have receipts from us dated between the months of February and March can provide proof of refunds. WebSourcez was established June 2006 and has been a Wild West Domain Super Pro API Reseller since conception. WebSourcez provides domains, hosting, and web development. In Feburary 2013 Mr. Shawn Randleman, CEO, went to NYC (note all pics in this report are from NYC "2013") to evaluate potential expansion of WebSourcez to NYC. He was also expanding our resellers and marketing partnerships which extends from Microsoft and Elance for programmers during this trip.

In July of 2013 several investors came on board to fund our project for a New York expansion in 2014. As of June 30 this year WebSourcez turned 8 years old and has never done business with anyone from these false claims. As you read closely on these claims, you can see these emotional outburst from several individuals who researched and tied multiple businesses that Mr. Randleman is invovled in to slander his reputation.

P’Caux Cosmetics was established in March 2012 by April Story and is a separate Limited Liability Corparation which SMART Venture Concepts and several others invested in December 2013 (note before this falsely claim incident). P’Caux Cosmetics "Lipstick on a Wine Glass" events are social networking and appreciation events for Crowdfunding Campaign Supporters. 

None of these claims reported are true and our CEO or P'Caux staff has ever conducted business or even spoken to these individuals. This is a complete defecation of our business brand under false accusation. The claims against one of our investing partners, Smart Venture Concepts, are false and misleading.
