Webbworks - Del Bice received $3,276.10 for 5 gold coins never delivered them to me Pasco Washington
On january 18th 2007 bought 5 gold coins from Webbworks through Ebay they never delivered the coins to me I paid Webbworks (Del Bice) $3,697.10 through Paypal
After waiting two weeks i did not receive the coins I posteda dispute on Ebay and Paypal. Within 24 hours Del Bice called me and apologized and stated that his whole transportion system had been shut down by paypal. he sated that he could not send me the money because Paypal has charged back the money to his account and if I would remove the dispute, he would send the coins rightaway. I had never done any business with Ebay and didn't realize that by doing this I was stating that the business had been completed. I pleaded with Paypal and Ebay to help me. I communicated in writing and several phone conversations.
nine months later after numerous phone calls and three conversations with Del Bice and three promises he nevr kept i find myself short of money and no coins. I realize now what a mistake I mad and the only way to get any help is through the court system. I hired an attorney, gave them $1,000 on deposit and 45 days later find the lawer had left the firm. I was lucky that the firm gave me my deposit back. But now I don't know how to recover my money. I have copies of the auttion, the purchase, the payment, letters but need some help. Can you assist me?
