Our orders are shipped from a warehouse in another state. Upon receiving the package back, we returned it to our warehouse. We assumed that the consumer had been sent another package and that he was pleased with the outcome of the situation because he never wrote to us to tell us he had not received his replacement. We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service and I am very sorry for the situation that transpired. It appears that it was a case of miscommunication.
