Webcapades, Eroticy, Scott Mitchell Fraud, Criminal Offense , Spamming ripoff Palm Harbor Florida
I am an ex employee of the company. I left a few weeks ago because I was worried that I could be arrested for condoning the following activities:
1) Crimminal Spamming
The owner of the company, Scott Mitchell is being charged in Federal Court for criminal spamming. He personally wrote software that hacked into AOL, Yahoo and other chat networks for the purpose of stealing e-mail addresses. Once he had the e-mail addresses, he sent fake e-mails with fake pictures of woman soliciting guys to join Eroticy (Mitchell's site)He personally sends over 1 million fake e-mails EACH DAY.
2) In addition, his software sometimes picks up credit card information of members of competing sites he hacks. Mitchell wrote software to charge these credit card accounts.
3) His dating site (EROTICY) was developed by stealing the software of another dating site and porting it to the web. He was exposed in court for this criminal offense (info still on the web) at http://www.loundy.com/CASES/YourNetDating_v_Mitchell.html
4) Consumer FRAUD
Mitchell employs a number of young men to pose online as single women members of his dating site (EROTICY).
The government is investigating this as part of a Federal Mail Fraud Case against Mitchell. It is fraud to charge people to belong to a dating site that is populated with the company's own employees posing as members.
5)Moral Crimes
Mitchell purchased a database of e-mail addreses of wives of American Soldiers stationed in Iraq. He personally e-mailed all the women with fake letters pretending to be men wanting to meet them. They of course had to belong to his dating site,eroticy.com.
I am disclosing this information because innocent people should not be duped by this imoral criminal, Scott Mitchell. STOP paying money to belong to Eroticy.com.
Existing members should write thir Credit Card Company that they wish to NOT do business with Eroticy.com or their parent company Webcapades.

Based on my investigation of Eroticy and their associated domains, I do not see any evidence that they engaged in any unsolicited commercial emailing activities since October of 2003. I suggest that people making complaints about such activities ensure that they have sound evidence and legitimacy behind their complaints because "crying wolf" makes legitimate spam complaints appear to be deceptive bantering and diverts resources away from where they are really needed.

Ok, the world KNOWS I have no great love for Mister Mitchell. I myself have posted here. The thing is; When I post something about Mister Mitchell, I cite case numbers, and name names. Anybody who wants to investigate my claims here, has but to order transcripts from the courts, etc., to confirm or refute my claims. Like the civil courts, criminal courts have case numbers, which are noticeably lacking in your post. Being skilled in the art of litigation (I even made a lawyer cry!) there is one skill I have. Objectivity. I shall put that skill you use now. I smell a rat. If Mister Mitchell was actually charged under CAN-SPAM I would know about it LONG before you would buddy! I have heard nothing of the sort. He has been INVESTIGATED, as has OZONA ONLINE where he's hosted. There is a HUGE difference between being investigated for a crime and being CHARGED with a crime. That difference means you are opening yourself up to a defamation suit which he'd win! Remember, this is coming from someone who hands him his a*s on a plate every time we engage each other in court. It's not looking good for you if you are embellishing here. Think about it, and post some clarification. Otherwise you are just a disgruntled employee as portrayed by the equally suspicious rebuttal to your post. (How does one hear about the internal workings/drama of Webcapades, I wonder?) It's a pity your post lacks credibility. It sure would have helped ME if it were true.

I think you may be just a little upset that you were fired. I know for a fact that everything you're asserting above is fabricated or embellished. You fired me because I knew that you were doing things the wrong way and I'm glad that you were finally uncovered and fired. Is that why you were also fired from Rivar Technologies and Digital Site Builder? I heard that you stole a laptop when they canned you. Maybe you should upgrade that laptop and add a better spell checker to it.
