I have the recent credit card statement that says I paid Websquash Technologies $74 for a home page search engine optimization. They contacted me by email saying they were going to begin work on my site but they needed my ftp information. I have tryed countless times to send them this information and each and every email has been returned to me unanswered and unread by them. I have tryed to call them on every phone number they have several times during the day and night and all I get is an answering machine saying they are unavailable. I am very angry about this and I think I'll look into having the FTC shut them down.

Dear Jeff,

All the email communications to you have been sent to [email protected]. Our email systems are running absolutely fine and we are receiving other emails from the clients without any problems. We have our immediate contact email available at our contact us page. I am sending you a email right now from three of our different email address to make sure it reaches you. Please also keep an eye on the junk / bulk mail folder just to make sure that the emails are not landing there.

As soon as you receive the email, kindly reply us to all our email addresses so as to avoid any email miscommunication.

I am not sure why you think that your emails were unanwered because we havent received any email from the above email address which is on the records.

The analysis etc of your website has already been completed already after the day we sent you the email requesting the website ftp username and password.

It seems like an email miscommunication / or some technical issue on your email server part as our emails are running absolutely fine. I would await your email and everything will be taken care of. We personally take care of each and every client and make sure that we have one on one communication with each of them. Regards
