WEBTV-PORTAL.COM, Digitaltvonpc.com, Thecomputertv.com watch tv on pc is a rip off they use many names but they are all a scam Internet
I was searching the internet to try and watch one of the ESPN channels online (ESPNU) I searched for tv online and watch ESPNU online etc. I came to a website that said watch thousands of satelite tv channels online. The only channels they had were things like Cspan and international local channels. There was nothing worth watching let alone the major channels they advertised.
The worst part was they they had a money back guarantee but not for the download fee. The download fee is $19.95 and no matter how much I complained to the customer service person he would not give me back my money. I got back $12.95 because that is what the "subscription" costs.
I can not believe anyone would run a business like this. They have a ton of different web sites so just know that you do not need to pay to watch tv online. Go to channelsurfing.net if you want to watch something.
