On 1/3/05 I ordered an item totaling $210 from the Wellnesstools.com website. I placed the order by phone and CEO Bruce Gelerter said the item would be shipped on 1/10/05. The same day he charged my credit card for $210.

The item was never shipped. The company is not returning my phone calls and e-mails, and Mr. Gelerter did not respond to a certified letter.

In response to Bruce Gelerter's rebuttal: It's true that Gelerter refunded my money. But only *AFTER* I charged back the full amount on my credit card and filed complaints with Yahoo Stores, the Colorado Attorney Generals Office, the FBI Internet Fraud center, and the FDA. Before that, Gelerter never returned my phone calls or e-mails. But months later, faced with criminal prosecution, he refunded my money. Bruce Neil Gelerter formerly ran a business called the "Oak Hill Management Fund" which was sued in 1998 by the Florida Department of Banking and Finance (case # 37 CA 1998 0016344 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE, et. al, vs. OAKHILL MANAGEMENT FUND, et. al. He then relocated to Colorado. Gelerter filed for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy in 2003 (US Bankrupcy Court for the District of Colorado case # 03-23236-BRUCE NEIL GELERTER. Judge A. Bruce Campbell. Date filed: 07/08/2002. Date of last filing: 12/06/2003. Do not give this guy your money.

This is not true we have shipped all orders. If this was true they could have done a chargeback with their bank. This was created as a spoof by our competition. You can call us anytime we are here. It's a shame people need to do this kind of thing.
