I to have been a victim of WFAF. I have be getting almost 21 calls a day. Even the number that are old, that are my parents, are getting calls. I have told to a Eric Marshall there. I implied that they are abusing the responiblity of collector and I did advise him that not to call/take off my BUSINEES LINE, which I have never given them. He told he has and that no calls will be coming to that line. I told him while he was talking to me that my other two lines were ringing and it was WFAF. He told me that the computer there run until they get a live voice on the phone and it is resent to a cosumer service rep. I replied that I get 15 to 20 calls a day from WFAF and in the mean time talking to him I told him that WFAF has called 5 times in a 15min converstation with WFAF. He told me that the reason for this is because WFAF needs to have an update on what is going on with the loan and they are obligated to getting a "real" person on the phone to make notes and to stop the calling for only three days, where the compter then take over and call all over again. He also informed me that they have over 4 division with different computer and not all the databases can be flagged at once. On top of all of this he also told me that WFAF did a LARGE merger with a new DATABASE and they have had mulitipule problems with PAY OFF amounts and ACCURATE accounting on truck/car loans. That is why they are calling to verify what is right in the system and what isn't. That is all I got out of him. Just to let you know I have been typing this as he has been talking to me.this Got to love wireless internet. Also, another way to effectively get accurate account information is to record the conversations with WFAF or any other company. It works great on getting the correct information and to let the companies know that we aren't going to take it anymore.
