She is 51 years old and a part time real estate sales representative at main street realty in Oxbridge, Ontario.
She is also working part time as a table gaming dealer at Great blue heron casino in Port Perry, Ontario.
She is very convincing and also a very good actor.
The first time Wenda borrowed money from me was in March 2016 when she cried that her car is at the mechanic shop for repairs and she needed $800.00 to fix it.
She promised to return the money back within a week when she gets paid. She never paid it back.
In July 2016, She was crying that her mortgage was past due and desperately needed $2000.00 or her kids would be homeless if she didn’t pay the mortgage.
She said that her dog’s going to give birth within couple weeks and she will repay me when she sold the puppies.
Puppies were sold but she never paid me back
In April 2017, I was selling my bedroom and living room furniture, Wenda said she likes to buy them and she will pay me when she gets her income tax refund.
She got her refund in May 2017, but she never paid me for the furniture which worth over $4000.00
Over the course of 18 months, she has borrowed over $12,000.00 and finally she sent me a message in August 2017, that she has no intention of paying me back.
I have sent her numerous messages through different sources for return of my furniture and monies she has borrowed but she got her 22 year old daughter, (((REDACTED)))who is a convicted shop lifter and working at PHOTOS UNLIMITED in Uxbridge, to Harass and threaten my 16 year old son.
Whoever is dealing or planning to deal with Wenda Top, be very cautious
Do not lend her money or items, because you will never get it back.
If you sell her something, make sure she pays you on the spot.
She is a very good actor, she can pretend she is honest and trustworthy.
She make you feel sympathy for her and gain your trust, by telling you about herself being abused by her first and second husband and her family never supports her when she needs help.

On Jauary 05. 2018 Wenda Top Paid me all the money she owed me to the last penny.
Thank you Wenda, I wish you the best in your present and future goals.
I tried to contact ripoff report twice by email in order to fix the report I maid on October 2017 but unfortunately my mail was rejected both times.
