I am sorry you went through this and I hope this doesn't affect your opinion of the company. Each and every consultant is an INDEPENDENT contractor and are responsible for their own business and own actions. If you were to pursue legally, I think you would have to go after your consultant. I don't think Partylite has much to do with what happened to you. I hope it all works out for you.

You may try to contact the company that owns the partylite line which is Blyth Inc. I will post the information I have gotten through a domain whois hope this helps you. If they have independant distributors, try to get to management and let them know that you do not appreciate being ripped off and that you fully intend on getting legal help which may or may not include their company being looked at as well, dependant on how they resolve or not resolve the matter. blythinc.com Registrant: Blyth Inc.
