Wendy Greene GMAC Real Estate ripoff artist liar cheat and unethical real estate agent Newnan Georgia
I was going to buy a house from Wendy green in December, 2003. She refused to let me use my own lender and wanted me to use hers at a 1.5 rate higher. The had several deals invoved in closing and mine was at the very bottom. She talked me into doing a lease purchase for one year beacause there was not enough time to close on the house and several other transactions were involved; the price of the house was 185,000 , 3,000 in closong costs and new carpet.
A year later after living in this house and making a list of the issues to her..the house was falling apart. It needed alot of work. I told her I was going to get a ptoperty inspection and she said absolutely not. The house inspection failed horribly, the house had termite damage that was not disclosed to me and then she wanted to charge me 200,000 and pay no closing costs..
She refused to fix anything and then wanted me to pay full appraised value. she was banking on the fact that we wouldnt want to move again so soon and she thought she had won.
I found a house that very same day. Put a contract on it an closed 3 weeks later. I gave a full 30 days notice as required by the lease and left it spotless and cleaned by a proffessional company.
The broker was holding our security deposit and won't give it back because she said we caused 14,000.00 worth of damage.
How Ironic? That is about what she would have made on us if we allowed her to screw us.
We would have to take her to court and spend much more money to get the security deposit that we deserve.!!!
She is a liar and a Cheat! She has an aweful reputation and I Wish I knew then what I know now.

first find the board of realitors in your town give them wendy greens name and call them tell tme what she did and ask to file a report against her next call the state attorneys office in your town report her to them also next call hud in washington dc and tell them about her and what she did very important make sure you get the dates and names of people you speak to at all of the offices make sure you note the times also next if you are dam sure your right and have been ripped off file a civil suit in the local courts you can do this and you dont need an attorney is called par se just make sure you have all the proof this should put a bee in her hat hope this helps
