Wernerr Enterprises no money no miles dispatcher was a-hole Omaha Nebraska
I started with the Woderful world of Werner Enterprises in 05 needless to say the trainers were ok but i soon had problems with them my self.
first and foremost my dispatcher was a dork head named norm based out of Omaha,neb wev was in phoenix and he was telling mne i was goinbg to pick the the load up i told him straight up for 1 thing noone tells me what to do. i run the trk not him and i started thinking to my self hey i can fire this idiot so i did. he didnt like that to much he said you cant fire me. i am your boss i simply said norm i dont wanna hear it and hung up on him. he called me back on my cell phone and i told him if he wants to talk to me he needs to calm dwn then ill talk vto him.
i called his boss and told him i fired him and he said you cant do that i said where does it say in the book i cant??? its like the pull up rulle. theres nothing in the book that says your only allowed 2 pull ups.
another instance was w/the so called "paperless"logs. o yeah they r great untill your stuck in traffic and the d**n thing kicks you to line 4 {on duty not driving.} another instance i was on my home time and they called me and asked me why my trk was going 118 mph i said its not its sitting still and i am i am my home time and hung up on them
i took a leave of absence and when i came back i was driving a p o s kenworth. the windows didnt roll down the a/c didnt work. bald tires and the 5th wheel woodnt latch the trler i got it in dallas & was told to drive it any way i told my dispatcher that i wasnt going to drive that d**n trk and that i wood take it up with safty. safty calls me the nxt day and askes me if i value' my job i said yes they told me then i need to get in the trk and drive it and i said the way it is and they said yes. i then took another leave of absence and came back i had a medical problem and i tried to contact thier insurence and they woodnt pay for my hospital visits. i then tried to get on unemployment and was denied that
as far as the pay goes. i wasnt making any money with them i wood run 1200 2 3000 miles a week and woodnt c a paycheck and that was 48 states!
