Wesley Berry Flowers, Flower Delivery Express, Flowers delivered not even close to what was ordered, and delivered late to the funeral service Commerce, Minnesota
I ordered a flower arrangement, from Wesley Berry Flowers (WBF),for my Aunts funeral. The flowers were ordered on Saturday, 01/07/12. I received an email stating the flowers would be delivered on Sunday 01/08/12 to the Funeral Home in time for the service starting at 9:00 AM, Monday 01/09/12.
I ordered a Deluxe arrangement T229-2B the WBF description An elegant display of faith and divine peace, this beautiful arrangement will comfort the bereaved in a truly thoughtful and respectful way. An exquisite crystal cross is surrounded by a bed of lovely blossoms, It is sure to be appreciated and always remembered. A fragrant mix of pure white blooms- including roses, alstroemeria, stock, carnations and waxflower is accented with dusty miller and variegated pittosporum around and exclusive Crystal Cross keepsake. The arrangement measures approx. 14 W x 16 H.
The arrangement was delivered at 11:25 on the Monday. 5 minutes before the conclusion of the service.
The arrangement delivered was not even similar to the WBF description. Delivered was a sparse arrangement of multi-colored flowers, no Crystal Cross, no banner (a special add-on). Some of the flowers were wilted and dying.
The arrangement measured approx. 24 W x 8 H. As stated earlier not even close to the description or illustration on the website.
The cost as ordered.

I contacted WBF regarding the issue. I received an email stating WBF had the right to substitute flowers. However, no mention of the missing Crystal cross, and banner was mentioned, WBF offered a 50% on my next order. No consideration was given to refunding my monies. Im sure I will not be fooled a second time.
