West Asset Management, Brenda I got 2 calls on a debt that had been fraudulently acquired Ripoff Marietta Georgia
I had spoken with Brenda from West Asset Management on August 15 around 8:42pm Eastern Daylight Time. In that conversation, I had informed her that the acquisition and maintenance of the 2005 Cadillac Escalade ESV had been done in a fraudulent manner. I explained that I had signed the bill of sale and the promissory note to GMAC under coercive and intimidating circumstances.
In response, Brenda mentioned something about forwarding the account to the Claims Department, then hung up. To my dismay, I received a follow-up call from your organization earlier today. When I returned the call at 6:30pm Eastern Daylight Time, the gentleman who answered requested that I forward all relevant documentation to the above address.
However, according to Brenda, the GMAC account had been bought from NCO Financial, who already had the necessary information.
I refuse to waste my time and effort to provide the requested documentation when NCO Financial should have informed West Asset Management in the first place that fraud had been involved in the acquisition of this debt.
I've already been traumatized multiple times by the memory of these identity theft incidents. I don't need this garbage anymore.
