West At Home Agent unfair personality survey to accept or decline you to work at home Omaha Nebraska
This website declined me from working for them at home from my computer (and I worked with them in person at their physical site before). This is based on a "survey" of about 20 "like" and "dislike" questions. I heard on the CBS Morning Show that a lot of companies are starting the hiring "survey" based on your personality. I think this is the most unfair thing a company can come up with. People are not the same! And it is unconstitutional--you are going to hire who you want--it is biased and prejudiced to the public!
