West Coast Code Consultants President Giyan Senaratne aka Giyan Noonien Singh had that employee fired even though the employee helped his client, the city of Palo Alto, CA, earn a Class 1 ISO rating. West Coast Code Consultants President Giyan Senaratne aka Giyan Noonien Singh can claim he wants excellence, but when it comes down to it, West Coast Code Consultants President Giyan Senaratne aka Giyan Noonien Singh just screws employees over. This means that that specific community’s residents and business will benefit from lower insurance costs.
