WEST TELEMARKETING ingages in FRAUDULANT ACTIVITIES involving telephone sales.
I called to order a set of miracle blade knives.
The sales rep tried to sell me "everything under the sun". I told him "If you cant just sell me the knife set, CANCEL MY ORDER"..
He said he could and that was not a problem, he just had to ask.
Well then Jan 20 '03 I was billed $96.00 by MWI company ( SEARCH FOR MWI on here.. 500+ cases)... I called Miracle Blade and complained, and they directed me to WEST TELEMARKETING. I spoke to a supervisor (RACHELLE #9039) with WEST, she told me it must have been an Accident, someone must have checked the wrong box marked YES OR NO... HOLY CRAP, are you kidding me.... Well considering that WEST And MWI are in the same town (OMAHA NEBRASKA) I wouldnt be suprised if they are TOGETHER or owned by the same people. I am going to FILE COMPLAINTS WITH ANY AND ALL ORGANIZATIONS THAT I CAN.
