I can't speak to the other items in your report, but they SHOULD have told you that there WAS a chance of nerve deadening when wisdom teeth are pulled. I've had all four of mine out, two pulled by my local dentist here in the valley, the other two by the U.S. Army. They both told me beforehand that there was a 50% chance of this happening (which it didn't, so good times!) They should also inform you of the "standard" stuff, like - No drinking through a straw, no smoking, and no chewing on the side of the extraction for at least three days, due to the chance of what is called "dry socket".
