Please stay away from this company, or you will have the worst d.a.c. report on your driving report,, you will get into serious trouble with this license, They make you drive and go over your 14 hour's,

And you will be put into a position of your driving time because their dispatcher's have no clueof driving a big rig, the dispatcher's in seguin, ave a history of yelling at you and mistreating you on the phone.

starting with recruiter's they are nice people ,b ut tey just are doing their job and will tell you what yo need to hear about the company,, if they were related to pinocchio, their nose's will extend to outside the building. Timm's ARE THE OWNER'S and the son will come into orientation.

give you and fold up mirror and in it is a 100 dollar bill. and tell you a bigger lie, but what he's really saying is take this 100 dollar's, because by the time i get your escrow and pay check your going to feel sorry for joining this company,,very to faced a**hole.

the mechanic shop will take 2 day's to do an oil change, you will never get ANYONE to call you back, and the safety dept, will get on the phone so the can aler your qual comm so you can keep working,because they dont have their own customer's, except for one dal tile ,,heavy ss load's, after that they need to get broker load's from every other company out there. your only making 1.08 a mile,, and you do more sitting than any other security guard on the night shift,, their preplan load's are horrible, the people in dispatch in segiun, tx , she has look's but i guess that's all she has, she worked for steven'sand must have gotten fired, because she talk's to driver's like she's your boss, and her dispatching is from the 80's,. they will lie about your weight's of these load's and wont give you the drop n hook load's, they want you to load trailer's for other driver's where it take's about 1 to 4 hour's to load. burning up your 14 on duty time, after you do that.

your out of time for your own load. after you get loaded and go to truckstop, because the load's are around 40,000 lbs. time for bed. your suppose to have a 495 truck payment instead it's 1,300 a week they charge you 0.10 a mile for maintence and another 0.21 cents a mile for escrow for their personal wealth.

and if you figure it out that your getting ripped off , that 100 dollar's you got from the son david..is a joke, your pay will be hardly anything and you will complain and now your not getting mile's but all the 200-to 500 mile's load's,,a HUGE JOKE.

if you complain then the vp's will do a 3 way call and try to insult you thinking since they are expert's on ripping people off, you don't know much. but i gave those a**hole's my great peace of mind and told them they are nothing but thief's and liar's and will go to hell at their end of their live's. when you get home clean out your truck fast,

They will come fo that truck fast as you can blink. and your driving experience will be damaged. but you can fight the bad report they will do ,, half of my class has quit. and im glad some of them, got smart and did leave. half of these truck's have been abused and the owner told me they get over 1,000's  times their truck's get dumped out on the road yearly.since they only have 400 truck's.

the turn over rate is at 150% higher than an average rate. no one is going to stay if you and the american driver's are getting ripped off by these SCUMBAG'S, coward's to face you and they get scared real fast, they hided behindlocked door's because they are not popular in their own community... Please take this letter as a learning lesson to us driver's who have lost thousand's of dollar's from these SCUMBAG'S, yes you the TIMM'S FAMILY AND ASSOCIATE'S...
