upon initial reservations to this particular West Gate Lake Resort I was given an amount or estimate of 738 dollars to which I replied I would do a little bit more searching because I am a Florida resident and I felt I can find cheaper rates at that point the customer service representative asked me what was stopping me and if I if she could knock off 100 dollars today what I book with themI said yes I probably would at which point she put me place me on a small holdshe came back on the line and a cofirmed that she could take 100 dollars off if I could do a 90 minute tour with the resort on 1 of my days vacationing there she just needed to make sure that I've qualified which the qualifications were I was married that we made 50,000 income our household income together and we were more than 60 miles from the resort we get there the morning of the tour the gentleman begin to ask us about our jobs my husband explains his career and I'm tell him that I'm in the process of switching from 1 job to the next which in no way did I respond I have been out of work whatsoever at that point they tell me I'm no longer qualified for the tour they send me back to the hotel and at that point I call hotels Corp because they're telling me that I needed to when I call hotels corp they tellme that I will have to pay an additional 440 dollars because I no longer qualify however I'm still employed I'm only taking a vacation from 1 job to the next and I can prove it however they have already put a hold on my credit card with no authorization of mine 440 dollars I call customer service they tell me there's nothing they can do. I told her what was only 100 dollars I was going to save to go on the tour so why the 440 to which she replies she will have a manager call me back which never happened, 2 days later I don't hear from the manager and my card has been charged I call asking for a supervisor they tell me I need to prove with my w2 that I'm employer have been employed and I make at least 50,000 and at that point a supervisor is arguing with me yelling over me I can't even get a word in and she hangs up on me so they charge a credit card I didn't even give them for 440 dollars without authorization never signed a thing for it and refused to take it offthey are a scam do not agree to take the store it's not worth it. The dont care about the customer, its all about money.
