I went into car lot at nighttime and spoke with max the salesman and he said the vehicle was perfect so i put a deposit of 800 and said i would be back in daytime to get it cause it was raining and dark when i went back i noticed the back of the car was wrecked on both sides and the front driver tire was low and it wasn't the first time i went there so i took car for test drive and it was not shifting right so went back to dealership and checked under the hood and checked the oil and it was milky which is not good then i called the dealership and they said blown head gasket so i told max i didn't want the car. He tells me there not going to do anything about it and he was keeping my deposit he some one will buy it. SOUNDS LIKE WESTPORT AUTO PLAZA DONT MIND SELLING BAD CARS TO CONSUMERS THIS IS PART MY FAULT I SHOULD HAVE CHECK THE INTERNET IM NOT THE FIRST PERSON TO GET SCREWED BY THIS SHADY CAR LOT BUYER BEWARE AND ANYTHING THEY REPLY WITH WILL BE A LIE

Your deposit wasn't stolen. You forfeited your deposit when you rescinded on the agreement.
