Tatiana Savionek DBA Westside Group Management AKA Waterbury Place Condominiums has committed theft of services and had no intention of paying us for work completed on their condo units.
They have contracted numerous people to do remodeling work on their units WITH NO INTENTION of paying. This corporation is a shady organization and they have failed to pay not only the contractors, but their own employees as well.
They owe people THOUSANDS of dollars for work performed and if you're thinking of buying one of these condos - BEWARE. Many of the units are now being liened.
