I have searched for my biological father for a very long time.
After having heard about this service, I believe on the Oprah show, I called with my Visa Card and charged $199.00 fee for finding my father backed with a 100% gaurantee.
After a year, I contacted them to get a status report that
told me what I already knew. "They could not locate him."
And, "be patient, these investigations take time."
Last Summer, I asked for a refund by several emails and phone calls and have yet to hear from this organization.
Well, now it's going on 3 years and I'm out of $200 bucks and they continue to rip people off.
