After seeing the advertisements for this product, we bought one for our 5 year old twins. 3 months after ordering these watches, they finally arrived. Needless to say, these clunky things did not work....We spent hours with the customer service people and they could not get them to work either.
We shipped them back over 2 months ago for replacements, but to date have received nothing, BUT A MONTHY BILL FOR SERVICE WHICH WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED>
WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS??? Now it looks like they are abandoning the children's watches and moving on to a new product..."the worlds smallest "locator phone".
I would not buy anything from this company as they are not honest nor do they care about the customer....in this case the kids!
