WHIRLPOOL RIPOFF WILL NOT MAKE GOOD ON DUET WASHER Benton Harbor Michigan
Purchased Duet washer and dryer in May. After one week, notified store purchased from complaining of the washer not cleaning. went back and forth with store and company, provided them with several photos of clothes with stains and all of the stories about the washer and they would not even let me trade the 2000 set for an older type with me agreeing to take the $ loss.
The hype over this washer is not true. This washer is not for soiled clothing with odors. this is a major rip-off because you would think if you are buying a washing machine that costs over $1000 that it would clean as well as a $200 model and it does not!
