Whirlpool Duet Washer Does not stand up to advertisement or price Not Quality! Ripoff Benton Harbor Minnesota
I have a Whirlpool Duet Ht washer/dryer with pedestal. I paid $2,500-$2,700 for my dyer has only been serviced a few times but my washer is a lemon! I have had it serviced/replaced and it always does the same thing! It RIPS/TEARS and leaves RUB marks on our clothes, jackets, blankets (mink blankets and things that cant be replaced) I have receipts from technician for repairs, pictures, list of clothing that was in the washer, plenty of clothing with rips/tears or rub marks on them!
I have had numerous opinions and still I have or could have replaced my washer with another brand for all the items I have had to replace and all of the time spent waiting on a technician. They have blamed it on everything but it is still not fixed. I have a family of seven normal size people(five of them being children from the age of Three to Twelve. I bought this washer because its a front loading washer Whirlpool states it can wash 17 pairs of jeans its heavy duty. NOT TRUE.
