White Egret Farms, Lee Dexter White Egret Farms and Lee Dexter are THEIVES... They'll take your money and not deliver goods Ripoff Austin Texas
I ordered raw goats milk from White Egret Farms at the reccomendation of Garden of Life supplement company. Later I found out that Garden of Life had stopped recommending them because there were so many complaints. I also found out from the BBB in Austin that they had tons of different complaints that they would not resolve or even respond to.
I ordered the product in February 2006 and was told it would take four to six weeks because the goats were "kidding" (raising their young). I was glad to wait because White Egret Farms was the only place I could find that would sell me the milk. While I was waiting my dog sustained an injury that forced me to move to a downstairs apartment in my complex. I tried to contact White Egret Farms to tell them about my change of address, but received no responce. I finanlly left my new address on their voice mail and sent emails in hopes that they would get the information.
It is now July 2006 and I have never heard back from them! I have left multiple messages and emails. I have even sent email to Lee Dexter, the owner of the farm. I consider this just the same as if someone stole my credit card and used it to make purchases. I have to pay, but I never see anything for the money. I would not reccommend that anyone ever do business with this farm or endorse them in any way. They are theives.
