The week of December 12, 2012 Vincent Tizio and his wife, Colleen, showed up at my mom and dad's house to take down a small glass half-wall in the shower area. My mom was surprised when Vincent showed up with his wife and not another worker as she thought she contacted a big company, White Glove Experience was the name it went by.
They took the small piece of glass down, after shattering it all over the floor, but they did clean it up. My mom asked them to replace a couple of tiles that needed replaced where the glass had been attached to the half-wall. He glued the tiles on crooked, and they were so obviously done incorrectly that you would have thought a blind man did the job. My husband had to go over and re-do the job that this person was paid to do.
Before he left, Vincent pried a tile off the shower wall, said he needed to take it to match it so he could come back and finish the job. Because my parents are elderly, they trusted him and paid him $700 cash for this 10-15 minute job. It is now April 2013 and Vincent has never come back, lied and said he would be back. Finally when my husband called him from a different phone number, Vincent answered his phone, not knowing who it was and swore he'd come back and finish the job--however, he said he wanted MORE money to put in the 2 tiles he should have originally put in! What a rip-off and a big liar!
This is even worse--the entire time that Vincent and his wife were at my mom's house they were telling my parents all kinds of lies--for example, Vincent and his wife kept telling my parents that they thought they were so nice that they would like to be friends with them and come over for dinner, they would love it if my mom would conduct a Bible study with them, what a coincidence that they both liked the same hobbies, etc., etc.-- on and on these disgusting lies were told to my nave parents who trusted them. They really took advantage of the elderly and shame on them for acting this way--beware if you hire this person!
