Whiteline Modern whitelinemod.com AllModernOutlet.com / LoftModern.com / Drew Perry / Rhina Reyes BROKEN CHAIRS ON ARRIVAL - WILL NOT REFUND OR REPLACE - SCAM ARTISTS MIAMI, FL Internet
This company ALLMODERNOUTLET.com sent me 6 broken dining chairs which I paid a total of $1400 for. I called them immediately after I opened the box.
They asked me to send pictures of the chairs, which I did immeditately. They never responded back. I followed up with them and they said they would get me replacements but it would take 3-6 months. I said okay I'll wait.
They never sent them. I called them back and they gave me the run around. I then contacted the manufacturer(WhiteLineModern) who said I have to contact the company I purchased from. I put the manufacturer and the AllModernOutlet in an email thread with the pictures of the damaged chairs along with the emails that AllModernOutlet sent me confirming they would swap them out once they came in(were backordered).
The manufactuer said they cant help and I need to figure it out with the dealer and the dealer gave me the run around. Nice easy way for them to not fix or reund the money.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ALLMODERNOUTLET.COM AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANY WHITELINEMOD.COM PRODUCTS. THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS IS BOTTOM OF THE BARREL AND OBVIOUSLY THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. MODERN DAY SCAM!
DREW PERRY AND RHINA REYES WERE THE RING LEADERS AT THESE COMPANIES. BUYERS BEWARE!
