I ordered what I thought to be a risk free trial with a shipping charge of $3.95. Seven days after, my creditcard is charged $106.-- for product from this company. Before having even received the free trial. What is the point of a free trial if you dont even get to try it and see if you wish to order this product. I can find no return or refund policy on the website at all. I think this is incredibly dishonest and I hate to think how many people have been left out of pocket as a result of this scam. As a result I am instantly charged overlimit fees and have incurred more overlimit fees, three in total because of this charge. I have had to call my credit issuers repeatedly and they tell me that I must wait 30 days from when the product was returned until they can do anything. Even after telling them what this company told me:"That there would be no refund issued and that I had to take it up with the creditcard company if I wanted to file a fraudulent charges dispute". In the meantime my fees keep climbing and I simply cannot afford to pay them.

Well that was a nice attempt at trying to GLOSS OVER THIS SCAM and you said everything that anyone who's been ripped off would expect you say. The BAD consumers that you mentioned trying to get something FREE are replying to offers that have been sent to THEM in THEIR email UNSOLICITED by THEM and if these are bringing you so much BAD PRESS then why exactly do you AFFILIATE YOURSELVES with these INTERNET SCAMS! AND WHY DO YOU OFFER A FREE TRIAL SAMPLE AT ALL???? Dont try to act like a victim. Fact is your terms and conditions are NOT easily found and personally I had to email your company to get them and NO DOUBT you have changed this on your site by now as we all know how easy it is to go in and change things when you NEED to. DONT WHIP OUT THE HALO TOO SOON! When I finally did get a copy of the TERMS...it does say that you will send that first NON REFUNDABLE order out within 14 days but you waste no time in DEBITING THE ACCOUNT and sending it within 7 days you DONT even give any opportunity for the "FREE SAMPLE" to arrive and BE TRIED, giving the CONSUMER a chance to decide whether or not they want to go ahead and purchase your product and if your product is so wonderful then why do you feel the need to make that first order NON REFUNDABLE....I personally know of NO other company that does this standing behind their product and refunding when returned regardless. People are not saying they NEVER MEANT TO ORDER, they are saying that they thought they were ordering a RISK FREE TRIAL SAMPLE!...not getting bled for over $100 for something they HAVENT EVEN HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRY! As far as your friendly team of staff so eager to help and CALL US! HAH! well what a load of rubbish that is....I and Im sure many others have called with our concerns and my personal experience was met with a rude and smug girl on the other end offering NO SATISFACTION whatsoever and no doubt laughing as soon as we hung up! I have personally found HUNDREDS UPON HUNDREDS of complaints about this company not only on this site but three or four others....HOW CAN SO MANY PEOPLE BE WRONG????????? THIS "DO NOT CALL YOUR BANK AS WE ARE PROHIBITED BY BANK RULES TO CRDIT YOU" I find that very hard to believe......IN FACT YOUR OWN STAFF ADVISED ME AND IM SURE OTHERS TO TAKE IT UP WITH THEIR BANK OR CREDIT ISSUER IF THEY FELT THEY HAD A PROBLEM......PLEASE EXPLAIN!! If you are so CONFIDENT that your product is so GREAT then why dont you modify your selling tactics to a more resonable and consumer friendly method like actually giving people the chance to try the "FREE SAMPLE" and decide whether or not they actually want to spend over a hundred dollars on it?....Like the honest companies that operate over the internet?...Just imagine if you were to do this then you wouldnt receive all this "BAD PRESS" and NO ONE WOULD HAVE CAUSE TO COMPLAIN...Would They?
