Placed an order on November 28, 2012 for a Lifeproof Iphone 5 Case. Stated it would ship by 12/5/12, December 5 came and went order still stated processing. . I sent company an email, no response. Then received tracking information on December 9, stating item had shipped. Tracking from USPS is for delivery confirmation only.
Still have not received item. Unable to reach company, they do not respond to emails.

We do not know what customer this is or if the order is valid. However, the particular item in question has been subjct to backorder delays and if this order is one of these orders, it may be delayed. However, we offer a cancellation for any order with a backordered item(s) and also offer a future discount in any such case.
