Bill Wackowksi is a bad lawyer, he lied to me and messed up my case and then wanted thousands of dollars to file a motion, more than he charged as an initial retainer. He will purposely screw up your case, not return your phone calls, and works with the Prosecutor to get you found guilty of something, even if you are innocent.
He has a history of Disciplinary Review Board violations for lying to clients, not responding to clients, overcharging, not responding to disciplinary complaints, and has blamed his failings on his mental health (depression), but is a Deputy Fire Chief in Point Pleasant Beach in addition to being a lawyer.
Does he not respond to fires because he is, "Depressed"? He also currently works out of the Jonathan F. Marshall law office (sometimes out of their Red Bank, NJ lawyers office), but is a really bad lawyer so don't be surprised if he moves onto a new job.
