Sellers no matter what you do, get rid of this 70 year old moron from Florida. Will buy things and then immediately dispute them with his credit card company. The second this crook buys something he immediately contacts his credit card company within 24 hours and files claims saying he never got the item. He's the biggest crook imaginable.
You do a background check and his whole family has a criminal background. The second his credit card company reviews your evidence and finds out also he's nothing more than a two bit thief, he goes hiding under the rock he came from. Just file fraud chargesa against him and take him directly to court, he will just waste more of your time sending him to collections.
