William Mobley, Jr. LandMasters LandScape, Hardscape & lawn maintenance Mr. Mobley signed a contract for two thousand dollars, half due upon signing to replace over 25 dead or dying plants and or trees. He was to do some work on the sprinkler system, renew the black dyed mulch, apply a weed protection barrier, and some other minor jobs all related to making the back yard into a maintenance free place of privacy and beauty. Mr. Mobley Jr. was paid a thousand dollars to replace over twenty five dead plants and trees. He accepted the check and was never seen again. After many emails, letters and phone calls, all without a respondense, a small claims case was made before a jugde in Camden County, NJ and a jugdement was obtained against him in the amount of $1300.00 dollars. Mr. MobleyJr.wasn't concerned that a jugdement against him or his company was placed in line with all of the other cases that are active in Camden, NJ.
His arrogance and "I don't give a damm" attitude matches his contempt for the legal system and the efforts of his former clients attempts to collect their funds back from either him or his firm.
I hope that those reading this read it befoe they decide to hire Mr. Mobley Jr. You will never get your funds back, and the quality of his work leaves much to be desired. I have taken the steps to file crinimal charges against Mr. Mobley Jr. for theft of money. The charges are currently being prepared by the court clerk of Gloucester Township, NJ and will be heard in the court of Voorhees Township at the end of September or October, 2015. Once a verdict is reached, this story will be updated.
