William Roger Utnehmer William Utnehmer forcefully broke into my home, violently attacked me causing excruciating pain of which my shoulder now needs extensive repair. He also stole over $20,000. of my income. He is now being charged by the County District Attorney with Felony Assault & Battery and Felony Elder Abuse. Sonoma California
On February 28, 2019 William Roger Utnehmer came to my back door and when I wouldn't let him in he ripped the screen door off the back sliding door, forced his way in and violently threw me down on my left shoulder which caused excruciating pain, and later determined to be a massive tear of my rotator cuff requiring extensive surgery to repair. He them forced me to have money wired into his account at another bank (not mine)
I am a real estate broker and the owner of 2 companies: Premiere Property Services and UBS Realty Services. I was to receive $20,550. as commission for the sale of a residential property. The Business & Professions Code specifies that earned commission for a sale of property can only be paid to a licensed real estate broker. This is the money stolen by Utnehmer.
The Sonoma County District Attorney is charging Utnehmer with 2 felonies: Assault & Battery and Elder Abuse. We are now going to court on August 7, 2019.
