William Rusty Case and James Arnett are wilful conmen and thieves. Aided and abetted by Tammy McDonald(?) Case' wife.
They appear to be attempting to steal a movie, BEYOND, from the rightful owners. They have stolen the elements, changed elements and are attempting to get int into the market with out the owners permission. Being talentless individuals they cant make film themselves so they have to try and steal other peoples.
Arnett in particular is a gun totin conman who treid to get money out of one of the owners: at attenpt that, I am told, failed. He pretended to be in pssession of the filmed material and tried to extract payment for its return. It didnt work with one owner of the material. Of course, the material was in a safe place and Arnett knew it.
I played a role in the film so i know the facts. They are both failed filmmakers who will lie and cheat to gain their ends. it may be they succeed in their goal and manage to steal the film. But their nefarious scheme has no legal basis and that may be their undoing.
If you have dealings with these two beware they will con money out of you and will rip you off whole sale. They are without ethics or moral code and will slime on about what they can do. Look at their record: they are failures who can only steal the work of others.

Rob sure is making a lot of noise when he has the whole post production fund since 2011 and still doesn't have his "Beyond" version of the movie finished. Where is it? Show us. I'd like to ask him, Where did all of that money go, Rob? STILL NOTHING TO SHOW YET? WHAT DID YOU DO WITH THE INVESTOR'S MONEY, ROB? The investor still misses his money, Rob. Give the man his money back.

As Ben Franklin said - Our accusations of others are based primarily upon knowledge of ourselves.
I am very sad to say that it is in fact Rob Walker who removed the post-production funds from the production account and absconded with the finishing funds for the project and did not deliver the movie.
We were hired by the Executive Producer, the person whose money Rob ran off with, to finish the movie that Rob did not or could not finish.
Unforunately it is Rob that is clearly the failed film maker and I deeply caution any one who is thinking of working with him to run away from him as far and as fast as possible.
We tried as hard as we could to work with Rob to produce several movies, and in each case he made it as absoultly difficuult as possible to complete the pictures.
Rob has been fired from another movie we worked on with him and was actualy removed as the director. I know of several other projects that he was actually fired from as well.
Rob has been fired from this project too... and just doesn't seem to be able to understand that.
I feel sad because I always enjoyed Rob as a friend but now I feel his behavior has gone too far.
Anyone who has actually worked with Rob will understand exactly what I am talking about.

First, I Do Know James Arnett, i do not know Mr Case, But as an actor having Worked with Mr Arnett on the Film "Blocked" i dispute this as accurate,i have had nothing but a positive experiance working on a film with him, he was professional ,i was compensated as per agreement and the film was warmly recieved at Phoenix Comicon,and played at the Harkens Valley Art ,hardly the discreption of a failed film maker, ive never been threatened or conned by Mr Arnett,certainly no gun play was involved in my working relationship in short id certainly work with him again.

Well, Mr. Anonymous, you never completed your obligation to complete filming in 2010. By 2014, the Executive Producer wrote you off as a loser and hired professionals to complete filming and producing the feature film you failed to finish in order to save his investment capital. We got the job done, get over it. Please find an appropriate twelve step program, or alternatively, grow a pair and contact us directly if you didn't understand us the first time - you're fired.
