Worst customer service ever!!!

I had shutters installed in 3 bedrooms back in July. They are inside mounts and supposed to be directly on top of the window molding. i believe they were measured wrong because they don't look right (molding is sticking out here and there on 3 of them). i called their customer service and told them about this and they emailed me a link to their support website. I filled out a complaint and uploaded pictures of the shutters to their website. I received this email from them the day after -

Mr. H,

you will be hearing from our scheduling team today. We will be taking new measurements and we will be remaking the shutters that are not covering your molding properly. I am very sorry that this has happened. We will take 110% care of you moving forward on this.

Their guy came over on July 28 and took measurements for replacement shutters. about 7 weeks later ( the installed shutters took 6 weeks to be made, so I thought I would be hearing from them) I sent emails asking for an update on my replacement shutters. No response. They have a number you can text so I texted them on Friday, Sept 7 asking for an update. Here's their response:

Hello James,

After reviewing the inspection report that Eli sent in, he stated that the install was complete & everything was fine. There is nothing stating for anything to be reordered. Can you please provide pictures of the product that you think needs to be repaired?

I told them that I had an email from them saying shutters would be remade and everything would be taken care of. Their response was that they would review this matter with Myke and get back to me on Monday.

I text them on Tuesday saying it's Tuesday and I still have no idea when I'm getting replacement shutters. No response. I call them on Wednesday and Tanya says that the install was fine and if I could upload pictures of the shutters I thought were off. I uploaded pictures on their support website again that night and their response the next day was this:

I have reviewed this with Mychael as well as Eli (the measure tech). The shutters are absolutely as they should be. I understand that you are frustrated and we never want that for any customer.

Here's the thing, the shutters are NOT as they should be! Do yourselves a favor and steer clear from this company, do a lot of research before using anyone. Google "Ca contractors license search" and use the Better Business Bureau and Yelp to look at complaints against a company. If I had done this with Window Design Group, I would have used someone else for sure.
